Job Description

Ultimate is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join their growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications while ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. The position is on site in Stratford CT paying 18/hr.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble components, parts, and materials according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Use basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete assembly tasks.
  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or production issues.
  • Maintain accurate production records as required.
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience required.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Basic experience using hand tools and measuring devices preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and handle materials as needed.
  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment and follow all safety requirements.
